At the Crosby Company, quality is a process of continuous improvement involving state-of-the-art manufacturing, critical dimension monitoring and testing equipment, as well as in-depth employee participation. The Crosby quality program includes:
Our operators follow in process inspection procedures and gather statistical data that can be furnished in the form of average chart, range chart, data file, cumulative sum control chart, process capability and p - charts. The test and measuring equipment is housed in a controlled and monitored environment necessary to assure accuracy. Gage repeatability and reproducibility studies are available to our customers upon request.
